Certified Biodynamic and Organic Indeterminate. Looks like a blocky, medium-sized red bell pepper. Firm flesh and hollow interior make this tomato ideal for stuffing. Unlike peppers, it doesn’t need parboiling before stuffing and baking. Try filling fresh halves with hummus and babaganoush for a quick middle eastern platter with pita and olives. Makes a thick sauce with very little cooking down.
