Certified Biodynamic and Organic(Petunia sp. multiflora type) Annual with spreading growth habit. We have been selecting this old-fashioned, sweetly scented variety for mostly purple and rose flowers with a few white, blue or variegated blossoms, which makes for a very pleasing color palette. Blooms early and continues until a hard frost. This extremely hardy strain self seeds readily, even in the north, and survives light autumn frosts. Start indoors and transplant after the danger of frost is over. We can’t go a year without growing some of this lovely mix in our gardens, often using it to edge paths, where the scent can be appreciated on warm summer evenings.
