Among its many uses, two of our favorites are: Gently and finely chop a handful of nasturtiums flowers and one or two tender leaves. Mix with softened butter and a little bit of lemon zest. This mixture can be put into a butter mold or gently shaped then chilled for a flavorful and very dainty and festive butter. The green nasturtium flower seeds can also be used for pickling, either on their own (if you have enough) or with other veggies as a cress-peppery accent.
